Return Process

Contact our dedicated support team via the Emporia website or app to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Ensure all hardware, including sensors, antennas, and wiring kits, are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
